While the success of phase 1 at El Encanto speaks for itself, there has always been a steady clamor for smaller homes, 1-3 bedrooms, even closer to San Juan. And, there remain many people who have not made the decision, yet, to transplant themselves here on a full time basis and are looking for an affordable alternative to a larger home on a substantial lot (which can ultimately run $150,000-250,000 depending on size and location).
