Our desire to buy this 350 acre piece of prime real estate in Nicaragua came after numerous visits for pleasure as well as to supervise the construction of my home in San juan del Sur. We selected our land in southern Nicaragua, San Juan del Sur, just 20 minutes from the Costa Rican border, after visiting dozens of large properties in this area and picked this land because of it’s amazing array of real estate. From sea level to over one thousand feet, hilly land, deeply forested land, immense ocean views, land populated with animal life – this had El Encanto del Sur’s name all over it. We knew that we found a jewel and when you visit, when you are on your hunt for your own magical piece of property in Nicaragua, you will agree.

The Casitas, just off the Chocolata road into town, are beautiful tropical designed homes that not only are stunningly attractive houses, but also are close to town and offer tremendous rental opportunities.
